As we get closer to November, Pokémon GO(Free) is going to continue getting more content and updates to get people hyped for the mainline Pokémon releases on Nintendo Switch. They are inspired quite heavily from Pokémon GO and I’m looking forward to seeing how Nintendo and Niantic reveal how the two will play together for unlocking some content. Niantic just announced a Pyshic Spectacular event for the game on iOS and Android that begins this afternoon.

Beginning today at 1 PM PDT, Pokémon GO‘s Psychic Spectacular event begins and it will go on until October 14th. This event will see Psychic-type Pokémon like Abra, Ralts, and Baltoy appear more frequently alongside Mewtwo in Raids. Field Research that focusses on the Psychic-type Pokémon is also available and there is a chance for a Shiny Drowzee to appear.
