Ubisoft May Have Leaked Rainbow Six Extraction's New Release Date

Ubisoft's PvE-focused Rainbow Six Siege spin-off, Rainbow Six Extraction, looks to be releasing on January 20, 2022, if an official blog post that briefly revealed the new date before being updated is to be believed.

Via Video Games Chronicle, a Ubisoft blog post originally posted in June 2021 about Rainbow Six Extraction was updated to include the new release date, but has since been updated once again to remove it. The blog now only reads that the game is coming in January, with no specific date attached.

Rainbow Six Extraction creative director Patrik Méthé told GameSpot each game has its own unique set of challenges and pacing and that Extraction will appeal to a wide variety of players.
